This system uses thousands of servo motors to drive the decorative items to move up and down vertically. Through computer program control, it realizes the transformation of various three-dimensional graphic effects. Coupled with the coordination of lighting, sound and media, it brings audio-visual and visual impacts to the audience. Technical Introduction

The ball Matrix Dynamic Demonstration exhibition item - integrating technologies from multiple disciplines such as motion control, servo technology, mechanical structure, computer programs, graphic pixels, visual arts, and music expression, each ball moves in an orderly manner under the control of a computer, presenting various dynamic shapes such as curves, surfaces, planes, text, and three-dimensional patterns. The overall effect is like a three-dimensional painting with dazzling lights and colors, a perfect combination of technology and art, and the latest achievement of modern art demonstration in today's new media. The system uses thousands of servo motors to drive the decorative items to move up and down vertically through ropes. It achieves various three-dimensional graphic effects through computer program control. Coupled with the coordination of lighting, sound and media, it brings audio-visual and visual impacts to the audience.

Working principle

A small ball is suspended on the rotor wheel of a motor by a wire. The forward and reverse rotation of the motor drives the ball to move up and down. If the small ball matrix has 1,000 balls, then there will be 1,000 motors. The motion controller controls 1,000 motor drivers, sending different speeds, accelerations, positions and movement times. With 1,000 small balls, spectacular dynamic shapes can be presented.

This system was developed by Boneng High-Tech (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. in 2015. It uses thousands of servo motors to drive decorative objects or LED screens to move horizontally in a straight line. Through automated program control, it realizes the transformation of various three-dimensional graphic effects, enabling small squares to perfectly present text, three-dimensional patterns, and changing animations, etc. During the movement, the square moves gracefully like a fairy. Gracefully leaping like musical notes, it draws a series of dynamic curves before the audience's eyes, combining into different scenes.

Features

It is a brand-new form of artistic expression. The installation is composed of precise mechanical and electronic equipment, presenting dynamic devices with various flipping movements. It offers a visual impact, a sense of shock, a grand scene, a magnificent momentum and a strong sense of three-dimensionality. It can display various texts, any graphics, creative transformation animations, etc. to present the desired effect. It has both the sci-fi style of "The Three-Body Problem" and the cyberpunk style.
