The oil droplet matrix system operates by using 960 servo motors to drive the oil droplets to perform vertical up-and-down movements. Through computer programs, it achieves various changes in three-dimensional graphic effects. Coupled with the coordination of lighting, sound and media, it brings auditory and visual impacts to the audience. We are one of the few technical teams in China that possess this core technology. This exhibition item has a grand and magnificent scene, strong three-dimensional effect. It can display graphics, change animations, etc.
The droplet matrix can be custom-produced according to the installation environment and display content. Our company, based on customer requirements, creates systems with different droplet matrices. The droplet matrix is installed using a fixed hanging method and is placed in the entrance hall of the science and technology museum. The droplet matrix system interacts synchronously with video, lighting, sound effects, and other audio-visual equipment. This makes the display content have an infinite impact on the audience.
Design Description:
In the center of the entrance hall, there is an oil droplet matrix. It is 17.02 meters long and 5.4 meters wide, with a total area of 184 square meters.
2. The oil droplet matrix is combined with the ceiling decoration.
3. Oil droplet matrix arrangement: 40 in the horizontal direction and 12 in the vertical direction, totaling 480 balls. The ball spacing is 41.5 cm and the ball diameter is 20 cm.
4. Quantity: 2 sets. Total number of balls: 960.
5. Power Consumption: AC 220V. Each module consumes 20W. The total power consumption is 20W * 960 = 19,200W (peak power).
