This exhibit went through the design experiment, batch production, and project completion process, taking more than one year from start to finish in 2012.
Technical principle explanation: This system uses thousands of servo motors to drive the decorations to perform horizontal linear movements. Through automated programs, various three-dimensional graphic effects can be achieved. In addition, the coordination of lighting, sound and media provides the audience with audio-visual and visual impacts. The display scene is grand, magnificent and has a strong three-dimensional effect. It can display text, graphics, changing animations, etc.
This system is an integrated mechanical and electronic control system that enables the functions such as the movement speed, arrangement position, and synchronized audio-visual content of the blocks. The running data of the blocks is calculated in real time by 3D software and sent by the main control server to the module controller, allowing the small blocks to perfectly display text, three-dimensional patterns, changing animations, etc. During the movement process, the blocks dance beautifully like fairies and jump gracefully like musical notes, drawing a series of lively curves before the audience's eyes and combining to form different pictures.
